IN-HOME DESIGN CONSULTATION

I want to make your design dreams become a reality. Share your inspiration and any ideas with me at this In-Home Design Consultation. During this consultation we will discuss the project requirements, scope, and go over the survey to make sure we are on the same page. After our meeting, you will get an emailed copy of my detailed design notes.

SELECT YOUR DESIGN PACKAGE

We will discuss in detail the design direction you are wanting as well as the needs of your family and how you would like to utilize the space. Space planning is vital to a well designed space.

Based on what your project consists of, I’ll suggest a package to fit all your project needs as well as an estimate of the number of hours it will require. This will give you a ballpark estimate for cost of design work. View all packages on the ‘Design Packages’ page. This estimate will not include the cost of furniture, finishes and equipment. Once the design agreement is signed, and the package has been purchased, we can proceed to the next step: designing and shopping for your space!

APPROVAL PROCESS

Once I’ve pulled design ideas together for your project, based on the previously discussed direction, we will meet so you can give approvals and sign off. At this meeting, I will present designs, space layout and selections for you to choose from. You don’t have to worry about hours of shopping, either. I’ll narrow down your choices and present you with the most optimal options for your unique needs. No orders will be placed without final approval. Final measurements and photos will be taken at this time.

Once selections have been finalized, approved, and signed off on, I will send over an invoice for materials. Once this payment has been made, I will began ordering materials for your project.

CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION (Hourly Service Only)

This is where the magic really happens. The project construction will begin and I will be working closely with your contractor to ensure everything runs smoothly. We value your time and will do everything possible to adhere to the previously set timeline.

FINAL TOUCHES & REVIEW

The day you have been waiting for: the final reveal! You have seen parts and pieces of the project, but today you get to see it all put together! We will take final pictures of your project and they just might show up here, on my website.
