IN-HOME DESIGN CONSULTATION
Ready to get started? This in-home design consultation is where you get to show me your project, and tell me the areas you are interested in changing. If you have any furniture pieces, art work, or furnishings you would like to incorporate, please feel free to show me at this time. As a designer, I want to make your dreams become reality. If you have an inspiration photo or item, I would love to see all the ideas you have. I will be taking notes, offering suggestions, as well as taking any measurements that might be needed. During this consultation we will discuss the project requirements, scope, and go over the survey to make sure we are on the same page. After our meeting, I will email you a detailed copy of my design notes. This consultation does not include design boards, product sourcing, or drawings.
$250 + tax within a 20 mile radius of Cypress

DRAPERY CONSULTATION
*Fee is due at time of consultation and will be applied to the final invoice, after draperies are ordered. Full payment will be received before placing order.
1-3 Rooms $200 + tax
4-6 Rooms $400 + tax
7+ Rooms $600 + tax
Consultation fee applied to final drapery invoice, if drapery order is placed within 60 days.
PERSONALIZED DESIGN BOARDS
If you are not interested in the Full-Service Design Package, I can create personalized design boards as a separate item. Each design board will contain ideas to get you started and moving in the right direction. Depending on your needs, you will be given color palette choices and selections to transform your space. This package does not include quick sketches, product sourcing, shopping, drawings or fabric selections.
$300 – (2) Design Board + tax

10-HOUR SHOPPING PACKAGE
The perfect solution to freshen up the look of your home is with new furniture, draperies, or furnishings. Rather than paying an hourly flat rate design free, purchase a 10-hour shopping package. This is great if you need a little guidance but aren’t ready for a full scale project commitment.
After the In-Home Design Consultation has been completed, we move on to shopping. This shopping package could include any of the following: product sourcing, fabric selections, window treatments, etc. This package does not include sketches or digital design.
$1,350 + tax

FULL-SERVICE DESIGN PACKAGE
Whether you are ready for a new look, wanting to remodel, or building new, this full-service design is perfect for any project. After the In-Home Design Consultation has been completed, we’re ready to move forward to the design phase. Services could include any of the following: digital 2D and/or 3D drawings/renderings, floor plan layouts, quick sketches, product sourcing, shopping, meetings with contractor and/or client throughout project, travel, finishes, fabric selections, window treatments, lighting, design boards. Shopping trips to select finishes are optional for the client. I can narrow selections and bring options to you, or you are welcome to accompany me on shopping trips to showrooms. Upfront cost of

After 10 hours of work is completed, an hourly rate of $150 will be billed.

Elevation: $3.50 sq. ft.
